Eat This for Breakfast Tomorrow to Get Lean

Kitty cats, what’s going down? Grant Lofthouse here from Ferntree Gully personal training.

Would you love to receive an abundance of energy, feel full for hours and get super lean?

In this free blog post you’re going to discover a very unique and actually quite weird breakfast that helps you get lean.

But before I do…

This all come about is I held a one-day intensive a couple of weeks ago.

Sometimes as a Boronia personal trainer a couple of really exclusive clients really want to take things to the next level, so they will come in, they will spend the entire day with me, and I will work with them one-on-one, sort of every 90 days or so.

This one-day intensive I had a couple of weeks ago, this client, she was really struggling with her breakfast.

She was flip flopping between Weet-Bix and toast each morning, but she was really frustrated and confused as to why she was feeling really sluggish a couple of hours later and really hungry even though it was quite a decent breakfast.

Well, Weet-Bix and toast and these sorts of things are really high in carbohydrates.

Now, heavy carbohydrates are linked in with serotonin levels.

Serotonin if the chemical in your brain that makes you feel tired and sleepy, so that is why that was occurring.

What we did instead is we did something completely 180.

I need to give a shout out to Charles Poliquin for giving me this idea.

I put her on something called the meat and nuts breakfast, and I invite you to try this tomorrow morning…

1. Grab yourself one palm size of protein – chicken, fish, eggs, although we found that red meat seems to work best.

2. Have one thumb length of nuts – cashews, almonds.

Put your thumb next to it and roughly that is how much you get.  Now, I will admit it is not a lot, but unfortunately fat is really high in calories.

3. Finally, have a minimum one cupped hand, although you can have more, but a minimum of one-cupped hand of green stuff – asparagus, spinach leaves, you get the idea.

I want you to try that for breakfast tomorrow morning.

Then, I want you to take note how much energy you get throughout the day and also how long you can go without food.

Here’s the bottom line.

Yes I will agree with you that having meat in the morning is really weird.

But once you get your head around it, you will understand the benefits pretty quickly.

And you’ll be quite surprised with how much energy you have, how full you feel and how much weight you lose.
