Two things line the path to your best physical and mental health.

1. Years of consistent good exercise and enjoyable healthy eating

2. A group of supportive people who will join you in this pursuit.

Over the next few months, many women will continue to try to lose weight, build muscle, eat better and get fit and toned, and most ladies will fail.

Why? Because they go at it alone.

After all, your brain is wired to make you justify decisions that sacrifice future success, and progress for immediate easy comfort.

That’s why if you go at it alone you will find ways to skip out on your workouts when the novelty motivation wears off (because it will). Or why you will have that extra dessert “just this once” when no one’s watching. Because nobody is holding you accountable…

But the game changes when you have a supportive culture of coaches and friends to keep you accountable.

It brings out a primal social instinct that shuts off that weak part of your mind.

Hundreds of years ago, this environment existed all around us. People had their own tribe that helped them succeed to get what they wanted. Like a good workout they showed up to a battle or hunted a meal together in groups and brought out the fire of motivation within one another. (and then sat around one to enjoy their efforts and eating;)

But now, especially in health and fitness the majority of people try to make changes alone at a gym or at best get poor advice from a friend or infomercial. Failure in fitness has become the norm.

Join a community of girls that creates this crucial culture for positive change.

A community that will help light that fire inside of you.

If you want to go FAST, do it alone. If you want to go FAR, do it in a team.
