Grant: Hey! Grant here from Strength Squad. I’ve got another client testimonial here, and this is a part of the New Fitness Formula that I’m doing. Megan is about 3 weeks into it. Basically, what I’m going to ask you first are results. So 3 weeks, what have you noticed already?

Megan: Energy levels are higher. I’m feeling better with myself, and clothes are feeling a little bit looser.

Grant: Sure, sure, and from the scale point of view?

Megan: Yes, looking good!

Grant: How many so far?

Megan: About 2.5.

Grant: Two and a half in about 3 weeks, that’s pretty good. Why did you want a trainer in the first place?

Megan: Basically, I could not stay motivated. I didn’t have any guidance. I didn’t know about routine, what do to do, food, and all that sort of stuff, but you are a whole package which is great.

Grant: What were you frustrated with—with your body?

Megan: I just could not get anything to move. I didn’t feel comfortable and I didn’t like what I saw in the mirror.

Grant: That is fair enough. What do you enjoy about training here as oppose to say just training by yourself in the gym?

Megan: It’s really motivating. It’s good to how I am and my capabilities, and every week is different so you don’t know what you are going to get.

Grant: And someone that, well not that doesn’t want to train, but someone that is a bit skeptical and not sure whether they should come and train or not. What would you say to them?

Megan: Just give it a go, because you won’t be disappointed.

Grant: Beautiful. Thank you.
