In this blog post I’m going to reveal to you the missing link that help you take your transformation to the next level.

But before I do I’m going to help you understand why you may not necessarily be there yet.

Out of 10 – how would you rate the way you look and feel right now?

If you have been honestly trying to improve your diet and exercise regularly I’m going to say you said a 7.

Was I right / close?

Now there’s a fair chance that you’re good, on the wagon, on track – whatever you want to call it – Monday to Friday.

And where it all falls apart for you is over the weekend.

The weekend represents 30% of our entire week.

This means you’re only operating at about 70%.

This is the missing link – your weekends!

How do fix up and ‘be good’ over the weekend?

First, I want you to think about why you think your Mon – Fri work so well for you…

… it’s probably because you have structure:

You wake up the same time.

You eat the at the same time.

You probably prepare your meals the night before.

All these things represent structure.

So the idea I invite you take me up on is to think about what works for you Mon – Fri and replicate it over the weekend.

Maybe set a few alarms on your phone to remind yourself to eat at the same times you eat during the week.

Maybe prepare your Saturday and Sunday meals on a Friday night.

Maybe exercise first thing Sat and Sunday morning instead of later on in the day when you’re more likely to experience ‘weekend interruptions’.

I get it, it’s your weekend and you want to turn off a bit – I do too.

But by making a few tweaks over the weekend and having a little more structure can make a big difference in the way you look and feel.

Fix up your ‘missing link’ and notice how you’ll go from a 7 out of 10 to an 8, 9 or even a 10.
