Ferntree Gully Personal Trainer Reveals How to Find Fitness Motivation

I think about fitness motivation a lot, and I mean A LOT. Probably more than programming.

I was having a conversation with a client last night, and we were talking about this very thing. There were a ton of ‘ah ha’ moments and insights from that conversation that I want to share with you…

When it comes to fitness, motivation can be the deciding factor between success and failure.

Without it, even the most well-crafted fitness plan can quickly fall by the wayside. But with the right mindset and approach, anyone can find the motivation to get fit and stay on track.

I believe an important factor is accountability.

This can take many forms, from joining a gym or fitness group, to hiring a Ferntree Gully personal trainer, to simply enlisting a friend or family member to check in on your progress.

Having someone to answer to can provide a sense of obligation, and can help keep you on track even when motivation is low.

This is all in the initial stages. Once you reach a level where fitness is just simply apart of your life and you don’t second guess it, that’s when you don’t need that accountability as much.

But perhaps the most important factor in fitness motivation is self-belief.

Believe in yourself and your ability to reach your goals, and you’ll be far more likely to succeed. This means maintaining a positive mindset, and focusing on the progress you’re making, rather than any setbacks or setbacks.

I’ve worked with many people of the years, and I can assure you that the ones who truly believed in themselves, and blocked out the noise, always came on top.

Speaking of noise, you have to be ruthless with who you let into your circle.

As I always say, if you hang around 5 bank robbers, eventually you’ll probably become the 6th.

You have to reduce your time spent with people who think small, bring you down and zap your energy.

That’s why we have an application process for everyone who wants to join Strength Squad, because we like to protect our current clients and only allow positive eggs into our enviroment.

Ultimately, fitness motivation comes down to finding what works for you.

Experiment with different approaches, and don’t be afraid to ask for help or support. With the right mindset and approach, you can find the motivation you need to achieve your fitness goals. You got this!
