Client of The Month – Brendan

Meet our client of the month, Brendan.

Since Brendan began training with us, we have seen his confidence grow and his strength increase.

Brendan came to us without any prior strength training knowledge or experience, but that didn’t stop him from jumping straight into the deep end and giving it a go.

He always turns up to training with a positive attitude and is ready to tackle the session with enthusiasm. In fact, Brendan can often be seen enduring the most brutal exercises with a big smile on his face.

One of Brendan’s most admirable qualities is the fact that he never complains about anything. He doesn’t second guess the process, and is always willing to take on all advice given. Whilst being a quiet achiever, he celebrates the success of others and helps keep them accountable.

Brendan has become a truly valued member of the Cardio Haters Training family, and he is a pleasure to train.

For these reasons, Brendan has been honoured as our Client of the Month.
